Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas’ campus includes Scripps Clinic Encinitas and an outpatient imaging center. We’re home to notable specialty programs including a 24-hour emergency room, accredited stroke care, physical rehabilitation services (including a brain injury day treatment program), our Baby Friendly birthing pavilion and a Level II neonatal intensive care unit.
New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.
This is a full-time position (72 hours) with 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), Monday through Friday. The role also includes participation in an evening and weekend call rotation. Candidates should be comfortable with on-call responsibilities, including 2–3 weekday overnight call shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and at least two weekend call shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM, 24-hour call).
Must be able to arrive within 30 minutes when called in for a STEMI. The position is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas.

- CRT
- Fluoroscopy
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EP Lab and/or Interventional Cath Lab required
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency and technical competence in:
- Scrubbing and/or hemodynamic monitoring of procedures
- Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks during crises or high-stress situations
- ARRT
- ACLS from the American Heart Association
- Current RCIS and/or RCES certification
