Qualcomm Health Center (QHC) is an employer health center, exclusively for Qualcomm employees and their 18 years and over dependents, located in Sorrento Valley on the Qualcomm Inc campus. There are two QHCs providing a unique opportunity to work in an employer-based health center that is nimble, multi-disciplinary, and innovative. The high functioning and motivated health care team takes customer service to the next level. What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily lab operations, such as phlebotomy, inventory tracking, supply ordering, and follow-up on lab discrepancies.
• Assist with immigration physicals by verifying and administering immunizations, supporting the provider during the exam, and preparing required documentation.
• Provide direct patient care through comprehensive assessments, medication administration, patient education and more under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Collaborate with Providers, RNs and Care Coordinators to provide an efficient and effective patient experience.
• Effectively prioritize urgent needs in real time while demonstrating the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
  
  

Required

• Active California LVN license
• AHA BLS Certification
• At least 1 years of LVN experience in a primary care or outpatient setting
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Phlebotomy experience
• Quality improvement and inventory management
  
  

Preferred

• 3 years LVN experience in an outpatient, primary care setting
• Laboratory experience
• Population Heath
• Electronic Medical Record experience – Epic

Position Pay Range: $33.39-$48.28/hour
