Position Pay Range: $56.96-$82.59/hour

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skils
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five years or more of (i) progressive product sourcing and contract and vendor negotiating experience in a progressive and complex environment of a multi-hospital setting, or a large hospital or (ii) negotiating wide-range of commercial terms and conditions, drafting complex, multi-party contracts.
- Must have a thorough understanding of contracting methods and procedures, techniques of specification and contract writing, purchasing law, purchasing ethics and healthcare regulations.
- Must have experience in contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers and organizations, including price points, terms and conditions, leases and large performance improvement projects, including equipment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related health care field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Health Care Administration or related field.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Contracting and negotiating experience from vendor-side.
