*This is a full time position (M-F) 7:30am-4pm (with some flexibility) at Scripps Clinic in Torrey Pines.*

We invite you to join our Orthopedic Surgery department as a Certified Hand Therapist at Scripps Clinic in beautiful Torrey Pines. You will work in our outpatient clinic and partner with our tight-knit team of Hand Surgeons, 3 experienced Certified Hand Therapists, and 2 Medical Assistants on a wide variety of cases. The ideal candidate is confident in their skills and is passionate about their work and excited to become an integral member of our team.

The Certified Hand Therapist evaluates and assesses patient function or ability, including establishing a plan of care according to standards of practice. They perform reassessment relative to the initial evaluation and modify the plan of care as needed with outpatient hand therapy patients.

• $4K New Hire Incentive and $3K relocation bonus if moving from 100 miles.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter

Required Certification/Registration

• Graduate of accredited school of Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapy license in State of California
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association
• Certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission

Preferred

• 3 years' experience as CHT

Position Pay Range: $54.24-$78.66/hour

Salary : $54 - $79
