We are looking for a full stack engineer for our Enterprise Scale team. Our team is responsible for the stability of Scribe’s core functionalities and, as such, those responsibilities span across several technologies. We are looking for a curious person that’s willing to collaborate with fellow engineers and user advocates and contribute to our platform’s overall experience.

Compensation We benchmark compensation using trusted market data and apply a tiered geographic framework to ensure competitive pay across locations. The ranges below represent the base salary band for this role by tier. Final offers are determined by experience, scope, internal parity, and location.
Tier 1 (SF, NYC, Seattle): $170,000 – $200,000 equity
Tier 2 ( Boston, LA, Chicago, DC): $150,000 – $180,000 equity
Tier 3 (All other U.S. locations): $145,000 – $170,000 equity

You could be a great fit if
- You have 5 years of engineering experience
- You are comfortable working with both Django and relational databases
- You are comfortable working with React (NextJS / Typescript)
- You are a strong advocate for automated testing
- You have seen and are able to implement engineering best practices
- You are empathetic and passionate about your work
- Experience with Enterprise Features such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, Audit logs and others
- Experience with Celery for executing and scheduling background tasks
- Experience with AWS Terraform
- Startup experience (not required, but we build and move fast!)
