PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. This role is not for everyone — and that’s intentional.
About Us
We are a detail-driven, relationship-focused property management company serving single-family homes across the Austin metro area. Our reputation depends on accuracy, documentation, follow-through, and professionalism.
We value:
- Ownership and accountability
- Clear communication
- Reliability and integrity
- Respect — for clients, teammates, and properties
- Doing things right the first time
- Balance of work/life and ability to work and still have fun
If you are someone who cuts corners, dislikes documentation, or needs constant supervision, this role will not be a fit.
About the Role
The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for protecting our clients’ assets through detailed inspections, clear documentation, and disciplined follow-through. The position reports directly to the Client Services Manager, and has no supervisory responsibilities (except for coordinating of vendors).
This role spends most days in the field, not behind a desk.
You will independently inspect properties, document conditions thoroughly, coordinate vendors, and communicate clearly with the office team. Your work directly impacts owner trust, tenant accountability, and company liability.

- Notice small issues before they become big problems
- Are dependable and punctual without being reminded
- Can manage your own schedule and territory responsibly
- Communicate clearly in writing and photos
- Are comfortable working independently in the field
- Understand that documentation protects everyone
This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If You:
- Dislike taking photos or writing detailed reports
- Prefer office-only or remote work
- Need close supervision to stay on task
- Are uncomfortable visiting occupied properties
- Struggle with changing schedules or priorities
- Are looking for a short-term or temporary role
(We are looking for someone who wants stability and growth.)

- Obtain vendor bids and coordinate make-ready and repair workflows
- Re-inspect completed work before payment approval
- Track ongoing inspection needs and follow up proactively
- Report time and mileage daily
- Attend limited in-office meetings
Compensation & Benefits
- $18.00/hour base pay
- Full-time, hourly (bi-weekly payroll)
- After 90 days:

- Monthly Bonus (based on inspection-related income)
- Mileage reimbursement
- Cell phone reimbursement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
