Duties
- Manage daily operations of the childcare center, including staff scheduling, curriculum implementation, and facility maintenance
- Lead and supervise teaching staff, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all state and local licensing regulations and safety standards
- Develop and oversee educational programs that promote child development and learning
- Foster strong relationships with parents, families, and community partners to support children's needs
- Monitor budget, supplies, and resources to ensure efficient center management
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and facilitate team meetings to promote a collaborative work environment
- Maintain accurate documentation related to licensing, enrollment, and child progress records
Skills
