The Handyman Mentor is a "player-coach" role responsible for executing complex repairs while supervising and training junior maintenance staff. You will provide hands-on instruction in the field, ensuring that all work meets quality standards, safety codes, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Execution & Quality Control
Perform high-level repairs & remodels for home owner and property management..
Diagnose complex mechanical or structural issues that junior staff cannot resolve.
Inspect completed work orders to ensure they meet company standards and local building codes.
2. Mentorship & Training
Shadowing & Instruction: Lead "ride-alongs" where you demonstrate proper techniques for tool use, material selection, and repair steps.
Skills Assessment: Evaluate the technical proficiency of junior handymen and identify areas for improvement.
Safety Coaching: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
3. Operational Leadership
Workflow Coordination: Assign daily tasks based on the skill levels of the team.
Resource Management: Oversee tool inventory and advise on the procurement of specialized equipment or materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications
