What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Clerk position at ScreenSafe, Inc.?
We are a well-established local business with a small, friendly, and supportive office environment. Our team is made up of long-term employees, and we value individuals who contribute positively to our culture. We provide business-to-business services in a professional office setting—there are no sales responsibilities, inventory management, or interaction with the general public.
We are seeking a full-time, in-person employee to join our team. This position is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM (schedule is not negotiable).
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and customer service experience is a plus. Candidates should be self-motivated, dependable, and professional. Spanish language skills are helpful but not required.
Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with increases based on performance.
