Screen Technician / Customer Service Specialist (Growth Opportunity)
Screens by Kaidan is a fast-growing mobile window and door screen repair company serving North County San Diego. We’re looking for a reliable, personable, and motivated individual to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with window and door screen repair/replacement
- Provide excellent customer service on-site
- Load/unload materials and maintain organization
- Learn mobile service operations
- Help create efficient systems as the company grows
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent people skills
- Mechanical ability or willingness to learn
- Clean driving record
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors
- Ability to lift and move equipment/materials
Experience:
- Screen repair experience is NOT required
- Construction, handyman, installation, or service industry experience is a plus
