Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
Full-Time | Vineyard, UT Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Weekends & Major Holidays Off)
Screenplay Shirts is seeking a reliable, experienced, and organized Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in the receiving and shipping bay. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, overseeing a team of three employees while also performing daily shipping and receiving tasks alongside them.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 3 shipping & receiving employees
- Work hands-on performing daily shipping/receiving tasks alongside the team
- Ensure all incoming products are checked in accurately and entered into the system
- Organize apparel and materials efficiently for production
- Coordinate outgoing shipments with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping bay
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control
- Communicate closely with the production team to maintain workflow
- Help establish and maintain warehouse processes and standards
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day
- Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Clean background check and drug test
- Lives near or within a reasonable commute to Vineyard, UT
- Positive attitude, dependable, and committed to long-term employment
Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valuable)
- Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar software
- Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems
- Experience in apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and organization
- Experience leading small teams (3–10 people)
- Proven ability to stay organized under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Excel, email, label printing, etc.)
- OSHA certification or prior safety-training experience (nice to have)
