You will be required to stay on top of all communication with our residential customers, communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner, and maintain control of the schedule for all builder projects.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Answer busy phone line and email communications
- Coordinate and schedule residential estimate, installation, repair and service appointments
- Utilize operating system for scheduling, invoicing and processing payments
- Communicate with customers clearly and effectively about our products and services
- Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
- Process customer communications accurately and efficiently
- Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Previous Scheduling/Logistics experience preferred
- Two or more years Customer Service experience required
- Proficiency to navigate basic CRM and office support software
- Must be extremely detail oriented as the position involves taking down and relaying information (dates, locations & times)
- Team player who can work in a small office environment
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Problem solving skills/have common sense
