Position Overview
We are seeking entry-level and experienced Product Assembly Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team. As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality screen doors, screening systems, and other home improvement products. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to build a lasting career in manufacturing.
Schedule & Compensation
- Overtime: May be required based on production needs
- Pay Rate: Based on experience
- Bonuses: Weekly production-based performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble Screen Tight products using hand tools, power tools, and production machinery
- Follow instructions and work orders to meet product specs and quality standards
- Inspect finished goods for quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with moving materials, packaging, and inventory support
- Comply with all safety protocols and production guidelines

- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
