Screen Printing NW is a family owned business for 20 years that is currently looking for a part/full time silk screen assistant. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic that is willing to learn a new skill. This position offers a perfect opportunity for someone who likes to be hands on and is looking to grow and acquire a new skill.

Education and/or Experience:
- Must be dependable, have good judgment of color, design and printing quality.

Job Responsibilities:
- Clean Squeegees & Floodbars
- Maintain Squeegee cleaner
- Replace Blades as needed
- Scrape Screens
- Prep for Reclaim
- Clean “Ganged” screens & stage for production
- Assist Press Operators
- Teardowns/Setups
- Restock Operators Supplies
- Pallet Peel
- Pallet Changeovers
- Mix and stage Inks
- Keep mixed/stock inks clean
- Return mixed/stock inks to designated areas
- Auto & Dryer Maintenance
- Tape screens & stage Auto/Manual
- General Shop Cleanup
