The Role.
We’re looking for an Account Executive to support our Client Leadership Team in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role combines supporting Account Managers on high-touch accounts while independently managing a portfolio of lower-touch clients.
You’ll play a key role in campaign execution, client communication, and ensuring projects stay on track both operationally and financially.
What You’ll be Doing.
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day management of key accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact and dictate marketing strategy for a set of lower-touch clients
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Launch and manage media campaigns across social, search, and metasearch
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track
- Prepare client materials, reports, and presentations
- Track budgets, invoicing, and overall account health
- Support and guide Account Coordinators on tasks and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of agency-side account management or digital marketing experience across multiple disciplines
- Project management experience and the ability to excel at juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
- Comfortable knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display Advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Comfortable leading internal/external conversations with clients, partners and team members
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available
- Strong oral, problem-solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be a confident, flexible, multitasker, and be able to work independently.
