What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Screen Pilot?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our growing Client Strategy Team.
The role requires an organized, analytical, creative, hard-working and versatile person. You’ll need loads of energy and be able to remain positive and happy even when chasing deadlines under considerable pressure. We’re offering this exciting opportunity for an entry-level marketing professional to work with the agency’s broad hospitality client base, overseen by our US Account Director.
From the outset, you will be responsible for implementing the digital marketing mix across a wide range of clients and a variety of platforms, so a base of marketing knowledge is important.
The role will include:
- Managing client accounts and serving as primary liaison
- Supporting website updates and content changes
- Contributing to brand management and creative development
- Acting as the administrative and communications hub for accounts
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines, status documents, deliverables, and client communications
- Keep internal teams (creative, media, strategy) on track and aligned with client needs
- Participate in client calls and draft follow-ups (without yet leading strategy)
👉 Essentially: the organizational backbone that keeps clients engaged and teams aligned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year marketing experience
- Digital marketing education a distinct advantage
- An all-round basic understanding of digital marketing tools, channels & techniques
- Be organized, proactive with a keen eye for detail and able to work in a team
- A general interest in and genuine enthusiasm for marketing & web technology, specifically
- marketing in the digital space
- Excellent standard of written English and the ability to review creative copy
- Be open-minded and sociable with a lively personality
- Agency experience is an advantage

This role is open to applicants in Denver, Colorado, based out of our HQ. The salary range for this position has been established at $55,000 - $60,000 per year. Final salary determinations will be made based on location and experience.
