What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner position at Screaming Goat Yard?
Our Food Runner plays an important role in our daily operations ensuring the timely delivery of hot food to our guests while following proper food safety and sanitation standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the guest dining experience, as a whole, is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
- Prompt and accurate delivery of food to each table.
- Assist guest's needs in teamwork between yourself and the Server.
- Follow the Steps of Service with each guest.
- Removes soiled dishes and utensils between courses.
- Ensure that tables are clear, cleaned, and reset promptly between seating.
- Assist chef team with continual upkeep of kitchen including restocking of appropriate silverware and plateware, cleaning of all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen.
