Duties
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing cash and card payments
- Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm, assisting with orders and product questions
- Suggest menu items or add-ons to enhance the customer’s experience (upselling encouraged)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter and dining area
- Restock beverages, to-go items, and retail goods as needed
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns quickly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours
Experience
- Previous experience in food service is strongly preferred
- Friendly and approachable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced café environment
