We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of our Local Residential, Commercial, and Short Term Rental Cleanings. The Cleaner must be able to work independently and efficiently, and must have excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also be able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Must have: 2 years paid cleaning experience
- Speak English (conversational okay)
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
- Have or willing to obtain Business Liability Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain floors, carpets, furniture, and other surfaces.
- Sweep, Vacuum and Mop floors.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Dust furniture, walls, desks, machines, and equipment.
- Clean interior windows, as requested
- Clean and Sanitize Restrooms and Replenish Supplies, as needed.
- Complete a cleaning reference checklist for STR cleans.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
