Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Service Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and sales expertise will help expand our customer base and strengthen our dealership’s reputation for excellence.

Duties

• Engage with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions to promote our automotive services and sales opportunities
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, following up consistently, and nurturing client relationships
• Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling to generate new business prospects within the automotive industry
• Present vehicle features, financing options, and service packages clearly and confidently to clients
• Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and upselling relevant products or services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems supported by technical tools

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automotive dealership environments with a focus on high-end or passenger car sales
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and client relationship building
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Skilled in managing a sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closing
• Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management, and retail math principles
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within a fast-paced retail or automotive setting
• Proficiency with CRM software and outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and upselling
• Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service
• Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team environment while independently driving results
