Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance Support
- Assist the Controller and accounting team with month-end close activities and audit support
- Perform cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare and organize accounting documentation and financial records
- Pull, review, and prepare invoices for payment processing
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) inboxes and route inquiries appropriately
- Assist with preparing payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and other electronic payments
- Prepare and submit bank-related documentation and required forms
- Support the accounting team with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal accounting procedures
Required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Internship, coursework, or prior experience in accounting, AP/AR, or finance support roles
- Interest in continuing education and professional growth in accounting or finance
- Stable manufacturing environment with hands-on accounting exposure
