- Specialties: Tele consults for cardio, pulm, psych, neuro, ID; facility is part of the Christus Mother Frances Hospital System with tertiary facility less than 30 miles away
- Coverage Model: 1 Physician 7a-7p, 1 NPPA Mon-Fri 9a-5p, Tele coverage 7p-7a
- Number of Beds: 23

Qualifications
- Education: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Training
- Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain Texas medical license
- Board Certification: Must be board eligible/board certified upon start
