- Patient Volume: Average Daily Census 35-45
- Specialties: Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Hema/Oncology, Psychiatry Available
- Coverage Model: Day - 2 Physicians and 4 NPPA, Night - 1 Physician and 1 NPPA
- Number of Beds: 567 bed hospital
- Acuity: Level II Trauma Center
- EMR: EPIC
- Procedures: Cover Codes; Chest tubes, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Lumbar Puncture and Bronchoscopy needed
- ICU: Open ICU - Pulm, Trauma and Surgical Services see their own patients in the ICU
- Fellowship/Residency: EM and FM residency programs on site; EM residents work alongside ICU clinicians; FM residents observe
- Moonlighting: No
Qualifications
- Education: ACNP or FNP with Critical Care experience
- Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain Texas license
- Experience: Must have critical care experience
- Badges: ACLS and BLS
