This leader will serve as the primary point of contact for regulators, cultivating trusted relationships and proactively managing regulatory inquiries and examinations. Proven track record negotiating with regulators and managing enforcement investigations across multiple jurisdictions Experience implementing and certifying information security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISO 37301/19600) Hands-on background in product compliance and privacy-by-design processes, partnering with engineering and ML teams to operationalize controls Deep experience in third-party/vendor risk management and contract negotiation for data processing and AI model supply chains Knowledge of employment and labor law compliance across key markets (hiring practices, background checks, worker classification) relevant to talent-acquisition platformsNice to have
