What You'll Do:
Store Manager • Lead store operations and sales performance • Coach and develop team members • Manage merchandising, inventory, and store standards • Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Keyholder & Sales Associate • Provide exceptional customer service • Support merchandising and daily store operations • Process transactions and maintain store readiness • Assist Scouting families with products and information
What We're Looking For • Passion for customer service • Retail experience (leadership experience for Store Managers) • Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated • Commitment to Scouting America's mission
