About the Opportunity
Scout Search Group is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the Greater Dallas, Texas area. This role will be based in Garland, TX and lead hiring efforts for the company’s Texas operations while also supporting recruiting needs across multiple U.S. locations.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated recruiter who is relationship-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will play a key role in partnering with hiring managers, improving recruiting processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to support business hiring needs across multiple locations
- Create and manage job postings, advertisements, and recruiting content across job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Source qualified candidates through networking, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks
- Build strong relationships with candidates by maintaining communication throughout the hiring process and providing a positive candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities
- Provide recruiting guidance and market insight to leadership and hiring teams
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting workflows, tools, and overall hiring efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, hiring regulations, and internal company policies
Qualifications
Required
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of recruiting principles, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting initiatives
- Recruitment certification such as SHRM, HRCI, or similar preferred

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
