Scout & Molly's Cherry Hill
Love fashion and love to sell? We're looking for a stylish, confident, sales-driven team member who enjoys connecting with customers, building relationships, and helping them put together the perfect outfit. This is a sales-focused role, and the ability to drive sales is essential.
Approximately 20 hours per week. Weekend and holiday availability and flexibility are required.
You should be:
· A strong salesperson with proven retail sales experience (required)
· Confident approaching customers, recommending styles, and closing sales
· Comfortable working one-on-one with clients and building lasting relationships
· Motivated by sales goals, dependable, and excited to be part of a growing boutique
Store Hours
Monday–Saturday: 10 AM–6 PM
Sunday: 11 AM–5 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
