Scout House is a creative technology studio that builds immersive experiences, digital learning platforms, and content for the world's biggest technology companies. We've produced game trailers for Meta, built creator programs for YouTube, and designed interactive experiences that push what's possible in emerging media. We're a 30-person team in Long Beach, and right now we're rebuilding how we work — integrating AI into every part of our creative process. The Opportunity:
This summer, we are launching a hands-on, AI-focused internship to build internal AI-powered creative pipelines and tools. You'll be part of a 3-person AI intern cohort collaborating across content, business development, and operations. As our AI Content Creation Intern, you will own real projects and see your work used in production.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and test AI-assisted content creation pipelines (image generation, writing, and video production)
- Document and share AI-assisted content workflows and learnings for the team
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to integrate AI tools into active projects
- Plan, create, and publish social content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Support client content production as projects arise

Skills and Experience:
- Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted creative work (image generation, procedural content, narrative design, etc.)
- Experience managing social media accounts, content calendars, and analytics
- Comfort using AI content tools (image, video, writing assistance)
- Ability to produce high-volume content without sacrificing quality
- Strong written and visual communication skills
Bonus Skills:
- Basic video editing experience
- Adaptable writing voice for different audiences
