Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a dynamic and bilingual Human Resources Generalist to lay the foundation for a thriving and values-driven workplace culture.
This is a standalone HR position—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to own and drive the full spectrum of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and onboard talent across multiple departments, including Sales, Operations, Paint, Carpentry, Upholstery, and Digital.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure employee compliance with internal policies and external employment laws (federal, state, and local).
- Culture & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive company culture aligned with our creative brand and entrepreneurial roots.
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and build scalable HR strategies in line with business growth.
- HR Advisory: Serve as the go-to partner for ownership and department leads on HR-related matters, providing thoughtful counsel and hands-on support.
- Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and leave policies.
- Safety & Compliance: Support and drive projects related to workplace safety, compliance, and organizational development.
- HR Tech & Data: Leverage HRIS tools (preferably Paylocity) to maintain accurate records and automate workflows.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a bonus but not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role; experience in warehouse, industrial, or creative environments is a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Tech-savvy, with strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms—Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and maintain composure in a dynamic setting.
- Experience in small business environments is a major asset—must be resourceful, proactive, and entrepreneurial.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX.
- Occasional flexibility beyond standard hours may be required depending on business needs.
