eCommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the Role 

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and high-energy eCommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our small but mighty team. This role is the heartbeat of our digital presence—you’ll be responsible for making our products look beautiful, writing copy that captures our unique brand voice, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience from the first Instagram post to the final checkout. 

The ideal candidate is a "pro-doer" who can pivot from a photoshoot to a technical NetSuite update without breaking a sweat. If you have a sharp eye for design and a knack for storytelling, we want to meet you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Content Creation & Social Media 

• Photography: Photograph and edit new products for the website; assist with photoshoot prep and capture behind-the-scenes marketing content on set. 
• Social Media: Create compelling daily content for our social feeds (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend assistance). 
• Pinterest: Maintain consistent posting and active engagement to drive discovery. 
• Graphic Design: Use Canva and other tools to support requests for both print and digital materials. 

eCommerce & Website Management 

• Product Listings: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a listing in Shopify, including price changes, lead times, and SEO optimization. 
• Copywriting: Capture product details to write "colorful" and descriptive copy that fits our brand voice. 
• Site Integrity: Regularly audit the site for spelling, consistency, and content opportunities. 
• Inventory & Production: Ensure custom furniture orders include all necessary line items and production notes for the warehouse team. 

Email & Communication 

• Campaigns: Design and deploy creative email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo based on our marketing calendar. 
• Internal Updates: Send a weekly website recap email to the full team highlighting new arrivals. 
• Customer Support: Assist with answering website chat messages, social media comments, and reviews. 

Requirements

Qualifications 

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency (or ability to learn quickly) in Shopify, NetSuite, Klaviyo, and Canva. 
• Visual Eye: Experience with product photography and photo editing. 
• Strong Writer: Ability to write engaging, on-brand copy that sells. 
• Organization: You can manage multiple moving parts and deadlines in a fast-paced small business environment. 
• Team Player: Willingness to support team members with various tasks as assigned. 

Education, Experience, Certification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in digital content management, preferably in an e-commerce setting. 
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing website content. 
• Proficiency in social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts. 
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Familiarity with website development processes and tools. 
• Knowledge of vintage fashion and familiarity with related industry trends. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
