Duties
- Assist in developing and implementing attractive planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales potential.
- Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating restocking efforts.
- Engage with customers through exceptional service, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain visual standards by organizing displays using layout design principles and Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Contribute to branding initiatives by ensuring consistent presentation aligned with company guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing strategies, including promotional displays and signage.
- Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are completed promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Support the creation of marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and other design software to enhance store visibility.
- Assist in pricing products competitively based on retail math principles and market trends.
