This program is a two-year development program designed just for new graduates like you! - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial and motivated by achieving results while helping grow a business
- Strong communicator who can initiate conversations, build trust and new relationships, understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service
- Resilient and tenacious, able to learn from setbacks and stay motivated when faced with challenges
- Comfortable working in high volume environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Proactive problem solver who can analyze situations and adapt quickly
- Curious about markets, business strategy and how decisions impact business results
- Proven leader with experience leading in clubs, athletics, projects or student government
