About the Role:

The Referral Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and streamlining the referral and prior authorization process within the organization to ensure timely and accurate communication between clients, healthcare providers, and external partners. This position is responsible for coordinating referrals, tracking their progress, and maintaining detailed records to support efficient service delivery. The Referral Coordinator acts as a liaison, facilitating clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish to accommodate diverse client needs. By managing referral workflows and resolving any issues that arise, this role helps improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within healthcare, social services, or a related field.

• Communicate effectively with clients and partners in both English and Spanish to clarify referral details and follow up on status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve referral-related issues and ensure timely service delivery.
