About This Role
We're a well-established wellness center looking for a recent college graduate who is passionate about health and wellness and ready to hit the ground running. This is a hands-on execution role, you'll be bringing our existing social media strategy to life by filming and editing Reels, writing polished captions, and keeping our content calendar on track. What You'll Do
• Film and edit short-form video content, including Reels and Stories, that accurately reflects our brand guidelines and existing creative direction
• Write on-brand captions that are engaging, accurate, and aligned with our wellness messaging and tone of voice
• Schedule and publish content across our social platforms consistently, following the established content calendar and posting cadence
• Coordinate with our internal team to ensure content is timely, on-message, and reflects current promotions, services, or wellness events
• Track basic performance metrics and flag notable trends in engagement or reach to the team
What We're Looking For
• Recent Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Health, Wellness, Nutrition, or a related field
• A genuine connection to health and wellness, you understand and respect the space we operate in
• Hands-on experience filming and editing Reels and Stories, class projects, personal accounts, or internship work all count
• Strong writing skills with the ability to match an established brand voice and craft captions across a variety of content types
• Comfortable working with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite) and editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
• Detail-oriented and dependable, you take direction well, stay organized, and consistently meet deadlines
• Located in or near Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ preferred, remote candidates with strong relevant experience are also welcome to apply
