Ensures that work sites are maintained and operated in a safe and sanitary manner and monitors conditions and procedures at all times. Orders supplies needed according to menu and menu production worksheet; logs leftovers on menu production worksheet; reconciles number of meals served to number of meals prepared; prepares weekly and monthly lists of supply needs.
Conducts monthly inventories and maintains associated records and inventory control; counts and records funds collected; prepares daily bank deposit. Plans menus with Business Department personnel which conform to Child Nutrition requirements; determines food items to be used for special school needs such as field trips. Performs other related duties as assigned.
