Description
The Host - Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, assigning tables and taking reservations. The Host at Scott's assists the General Manager with all administrative tasks as assigned.
Answers the phones
Takes reservations
Gathers basic event inquiry information before transferring to a Sales Manager
General office maintenance/tidiness, ordering and maintaining office supplies, printing menu cards
Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must represent Scott’s standards and values
- High school diploma
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment.
- Must be organized; proactive; and possess strong sense of urgency and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
