Duties And Responsibilities
- Begin understanding of clinical and administrative factors and their interrelations in health care organizations.
- Support event and meeting preparations, including logistical arrangements and communications.
- Attend team meetings, help prepare agendas, take notes, and support follow up on actionable items.
- Develop knowledge of the activities of health professionals and the focus of services and programs related to patient care.
- Participate in activities and administrative support assigned by, and or approved by, Administrative Resident, Executive Vice Presidents, and Administrators.
- Qualified candidates should be currently enrolled as a freshman or sophomore in a healthcare administration or business-related college program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word and an interest in developing skills in related applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Professional, communicative, responsible, team oriented, takes initiative, problem solving, has interpersonal skills, & flexible attributes required.
