ScottHulse, P.C. is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with at least five years of relevant experience to join our dynamic and growing practice. Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of litigation law experience
- Texas Bar or New Mexico Bar license required
- Strong trial advocacy skills and proven experience in legal research, case analysis, and drafting complex pleadings and memoranda
- Excellent communication and client counseling skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and ties to the Borderplex region are desirable
- A portable book of business is preferred but not required
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment
