Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Salesperson located in Indianapolis, IN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer insurance needs, presenting suitable insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Salesperson will handle follow-up with clients, assist with claims processing, and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and explain insurance products to clients
- Experience in client relationship management
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- No insurance experience necessary
- Prior sales background is important
- Ability to bring a list of 200 friends/family that you would call on in your first year for home and auto insurance
