Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney

Reports To: Managing Partner


Summary/Objective:

Scott Vicknair is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join our expanding legal team. This position entails managing personal injury matters throughout the pre-litigation phase, including client communications, case strategy formulation, evidence collection, negotiation, and case resolution.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a strategic and proactive approach to case management, and a strong dedication to advocating for the rights of injured clients.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
