Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Rohnert Park, CA, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing tailored technology solutions. Daily tasks include conducting client consultations to evaluate technology needs, crafting proposals, managing sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and staying informed on industry trends to provide the best possible service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, account management, and customer relationship management
- Strong ability to understand office technology solutions, including copiers, printers, scanners, and document management software
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present proposals and close sales
- Capability to analyze clients' technology environments and recommend efficient, cost-effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Able to use Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Previous uccess in a sales role where lead generation was required is a plus
