ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my State Farm agency in 2018 after spending 10 years in commercial real estate. I knew I wanted to stay in sales, but I was looking for a career that better fit my personality and offered more stability. Insurance turned out to be the right fit! Outside of work, I’m a proud WVU fan, and life is getting even more exciting as I have a daughter and a son on the way. I also have a pretty unique story to tell, as I’ve survived a plane crash!
Giving back to the community is important to me, and I’m proud to support the United Way of Harrison County. I believe in building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact on the people around us.
Our office is a close-knit team that values emotional intelligence, kindness, and supporting one another. As Account Manager for Scott Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
