This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, hardscaping, and groundskeeping while ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. *Responsibilities* - Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. - Assist in hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. - Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. - Dig trenches and holes for planting trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features. - Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. - Participate in tree trimming and pruning activities to promote healthy growth. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. - Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. *Qualifications* - Mechanical knowledge is preferred for operating tools and machinery effectively. - Experience in hardscape installation is a plus but not required. - Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and landscape maintenance techniques. - Ability to dig, lift, and carry materials as needed for various landscaping tasks. - Proficient in using power tools such as saws, trimmers, and blowers safely. - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. - Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
