Scott’s Home Health and Medical Supply (Scott’s Medical) is recruiting for the position of Customer Service Representative. This role requires:
- Excellent customer service skills. The ability to work well with walk in customers in a retail setting as well as coordinating with nurses and consumers.
- Organization. We are a small, dynamic company where you will be given responsibility for certain business segments and will need to not only drive success but assist others with workflow.
- Must be good with numbers and comfortable working with Excel. Knowledge or experience with accounting/bookkeeping is a plus.
- Teamwork is key to our success. We all pitch in to meet customer expectations.
- Computer skills. We interact with many of our customers using email, texts, and proprietary software programs so comfort with communicating online is important.
We are looking for people that have:
- A great work ethic and compassion for people. We are relied upon for medical equipment and supplies and we need to perform.
- Knowledge of medical products and equipment is helpful but we will train the right person.
