Duties
- Measure and mark installation areas accurately using site plans to ensure proper fit and alignment of seamless gutters.
- Install gutters using hand tools and power tools, including caulking, trimming, and securing components to building structures.
- Read and interpret construction drawings.
- Operate equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify proper function, alignment, and aesthetic standards.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and adhering to safety regulations on construction sites.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or roofing installation is preferred; familiarity with construction site safety practices is essential.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and ladders enhances your effectiveness on the job.
- Knowledge of construction materials such as aluminum or vinyl siding, flashing, caulking compounds, and carpentry techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing site conditions.
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, working at heights, and standing for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and can be insure.
