What You’ll Do
- Provide targeted and intensive reading instruction to students.
- Implement a comprehensive literacy program through coaching, facilitating PD, MTSS framework, and fostering student and parent engagement.
- Demonstrate strong instructional skills and the ability to support learners with diverse needs.
- Adapt and differentiate curriculum to meet individual student goals.
- Promote academic, social, and emotional growth for all students.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, support staff, and families.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited college or university.
- Valid PA Instructional I or II Reading Specialist PK-12 Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, patient, and encouraging approach when working with students.
- Desire to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and students.
