Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production team member to join our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, components, and finished products within the manufacturing facility and warehouse areas
- Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling parts using hand tools and power tools according to specifications
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify maintenance needs
- Use hand tools and power tools to support assembly, repair, or modification tasks as required
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency on the factory floor
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment
- Support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, and storing materials efficiently
Experience
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and hand tools is advantageous
- Experience operating forklifts or certification in forklift operation is a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for working with mechanical components is desirable
- Warehouse experience involving the use of power tools and material handling equipment is beneficial
