We are partnered with a well-established regional general contractor to fill multiple PM-level openings in their Minneapolis market. This firm is active across mission-critical, industrial, and commercial construction and is looking for experienced project managers ready to own work from preconstruction through closeout.
Open Roles
- Senior PM – Mission Critical: Lead data center and critical facility projects $30M . Coordinate MEP scopes across critical power (switchgear, generators, UPS) and cooling infrastructure. Manage commissioning with owner's Cx agent through IST/EFAT. Up to $160K.
- PM / Senior PM – Industrial & Commercial: Manage industrial, warehouse, and commercial projects $10M–$50M. Lead subcontractor procurement, field coordination, and owner reporting across a diverse project mix. $120K–$140K.
Requirements
- 5–15 years of construction PM experience depending on role; mission-critical or industrial background preferred.
- Full budget and schedule accountability on relevant project types.
- Proficient in Procore and P6. OSHA 30 required.
