Responsibilities
- Manage projects or major project scopes from planning through closeout
- Lead procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, forecasting, and change management
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project documentation
- Partner closely with Superintendent and field leadership
- Maintain owner and design-team relationships
- Mentor junior project-management staff
Qualifications
- Project management experience with a general contractor or design-builder
- Industrial, manufacturing, data center, advanced technology, aviation, healthcare, commercial, or similarly complex construction experience
- Strong financial and project-controls capabilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to travel or accept project assignments based on business needs

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
