ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Top Ranked National Owner/Builder actively seeking a Project Executive to lead their Multifamily projects through completion. The Project Executive will have the opportunity to work within the Tampa region.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Executive will have experience working for a General Contractor or Construction Management Firm with strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction projects with multifamily projects.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of experience
- Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience
- Candidate should have experience in organically growing businesses and ideally would be able to bring on 2-3 New (Medium to large size) clients/ yr.
